We’ll start with a relaxed consultation—either over coffee or a quick call—to talk all about your wedding vision, venue, and timeline. Once you choose the collection that fits your day best, we’ll sign a simple digital contract and secure your date with a retainer.
Step 2: Engagement Session / Timeline Planning
Before the wedding, we’ll meet for your engagement session or timeline planning! It’s the perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera and get used to my posing style. As your big day approaches, I’ll help you structure a stress-free photography timeline so every moment—from getting ready to your grand exit—flows naturally.
Step 3: Enjoy Your Wedding Day
When your wedding day arrives, your only job is to be present and celebrate with the people you love. Whether guiding you through effortless, natural portraits or candidly capturing unscripted moments as they unfold, I handle every detail with experienced, calm care.
Step 4: Your Preview & Heirloom Gallery
Within 48 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak-peek gallery (2-3 images) to share with friends and family while the excitement is still fresh. Within 7 to 14 days, your full high-resolution digital gallery will be delivered, ready for you to download, share, and select favorite images for your custom print order or heirloom album.

1. How far in advance should we book our wedding photography?
Most couples book their wedding photography 8 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak Texas Hill Country wedding seasons in the spring and fall. However, if you are planning on a shorter timeline, please reach out! I always do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings and intimate celebrations whenever my calendar allows.
2. When and how will we receive our wedding photos?
You’ll receive a curated sneak-peek gallery of up to 5 images within 48 hours of your wedding day so you can share the excitement right away with family and friends! Your complete, high-resolution digital gallery will be delivered in an online portal within 2 weeks, fully edited with full print release rights and access to order professional prints or heirloom albums.
3. Do you offer second shooters, and do we need one for our wedding?
Yes! A second shooter is included in our Signature and Grand collections. Having a second photographer allows us to capture multiple angles simultaneously—such as partner reactions during the aisle walk, candid guest reactions during cocktail hour, and extra coverage for larger venues or guest counts over 150.
4. What happens if it rains or the weather doesn't cooperate on our wedding day?
With over 15 years of experience photographing weddings across San Antonio, Boerne and the Hill Country, I am fully prepared for all weather conditions and lighting scenarios. We will utilize covered porticos, gorgeous indoor spaces, or elegant umbrellas to turn unexpected weather into stunning, cozy portraits without missing a beat.
5. Do you travel across San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country?
Absolutely! I regularly photograph weddings in San Antonio, Boerne, Helotes, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, and throughout the Texas Hill Country. Travel within the greater San Antonio and Hill Country region is fully included in your package with no hidden travel fees.
