1. How far in advance should we book our Quinceañera or Sweet 16 photography?
Most families book 6 to 12 months in advance, especially to ensure availability for weekend dates and to allow plenty of time for pre-event portrait sessions (like Quinceañera dress or Sweet 16 glamour shoots) so large displays or photo books are ready for the party. However, if your date is approaching fast, please reach out! I always do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever my calendar allows.
2. When and how will we receive our Quinceañera or Sweet 16 photos?
You’ll receive a curated sneak-peek gallery of 3-5 images within 48 hours of your event so you can share the excitement right away with family and friends! Your complete, high-resolution digital gallery will be delivered in an online portal within 7 - 14 days, fully edited with print release rights and direct access to order custom heirloom albums, guest books, or professional canvas prints.
3. Do you offer second shooters, and do we need one for a Quinceañera or Sweet 16?
Yes! A second shooter is available and included in our top-tier collections. Having a second photographer is especially helpful for large celebrations, allowing us to cover simultaneous moments—like capturing formal family portraits while another photographer gets candid coverage of the court of honor, cocktail hour, or reception highlights.
4. What happens if it rains or the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of the event?
With over 15 years of experience photographing celebrations across San Antonio and the Hill Country, I am fully prepared for all weather and indoor/outdoor lighting conditions. Whether we need to pivot during pre-event portraits or adjust indoor reception coverage, we’ll utilize covered spaces, elegant indoor settings, or creative lighting to ensure your portraits look vibrant and stunning regardless of the weather.
5. Do you travel across San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country?
Absolutely! I regularly photograph Quinceañeras and Sweet 16s across San Antonio, Boerne, Helotes, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, and throughout the Texas Hill Country. Travel within the greater San Antonio and Hill Country region is fully included in your package with no hidden travel fees.
