1) How far in advance should we book our senior or graduation session?
Most seniors book their sessions 2 to 3 months in advance to secure preferred weekend dates—especially during peak spring graduation and fall senior portrait seasons in Boerne and the Texas Hill Country. However, if you are working on a tighter timeline or need last-minute cap and gown portraits, please reach out! I always do my best to accommodate short-notice bookings whenever my schedule allows.
2) When and how will we receive our senior photos?
You’ll receive a sneak-peek gallery of 3-5 images within 48 hours of your shoot so you can share your excitement right away! Your complete, high-resolution digital gallery will be delivered in an online portal within 7 - 14 days—giving you plenty of time to order graduation announcements. Every gallery is fully retouched and includes full print release rights, with direct access to order professional prints, canvases, and albums.
3) Can I bring multiple outfits, caps/gowns, or personal props to my session?
Yes! Outfit changes and props are a key part of personalizing your senior experience. You are welcome to bring high school or college apparel, letterman jackets, sports gear, musical instruments, and your full cap and gown. I will help you curate outfit choices ahead of time so we maximize shooting time while capturing every aspect of your achievement.
4) What happens if it rains or the weather doesn't cooperate on session day?
With over 15 years of experience photographing seniors across San Antonio, Boerne and the Hill Country, I closely monitor local weather forecasts leading up to our shoot. If severe rain, high winds, or extreme heat pose a challenge, we will simply reschedule your outdoor session for the earliest available open date—or transition to a covered, stylish architectural venue without missing a beat.
5) Where do you host sessions, and do you travel across San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country?
Absolutely! I regularly photograph senior and graduation portraits across San Antonio, Boerne, Helotes, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, and throughout the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
